To date, I have been unable to find any RNAi (knockdown) phenotpyes for the MYOC gene.  RNAi phenotypes may be especially hard to find for MYOC as even its normal function is unknown to date.  I am sifting through primary literature to find any known phenotypes associated with the gene and its homologues in other species and any possible RNAi phenotypes that may have been found in association with these homologues.
